The top of her outfit is somewhat similar to that of a senshi uniform, since she has a white bow with a crescent moon brooch at the top of her dress. The top of her dress is tight and body forming, while the bottom of it is loose and flows. On the back of her dress, there is also another white bow, with white material that hangs down from it. This aspect of her dress is also a lot like the senshi's uniforms. Now the wings. When does she have them and when doesn't she? Well, every time Queen Serenity is seen during the Silver Millennium, like in a flashback or dream, she does not have wings. The only time she has wings is when she visits the senshi in the present. Why does she have wings? Well, she's dead. Angels have wings, why can't she?
Now there is her face. Queen Serenity always has the same gold earrings. They begin at a white pearl and split into two little golden tear drop like things that hang down. Now for her crown. Her crown is much different than her daughter’s crown. Queen Serenity's crown is a tiny, small beaded thing that hangs around her head under her hair. The only place you can see it is where her bangs part on her forehead. It appear to be a small necklace like thing is attached at the center to a golden crescent moon charm, the one on Serenity's forehead. Does this mean her crescent moon is only part of her crown and not her body like the other citizens of the Silver Millennium? Interesting thought isn't it?
