Queen Serenity appears again at the end of act 12 after the destruction of Queen Metallia. Silver Millennium has been fully restored, and Luna tries to convince Bunny to take her place as Queen when Queen Serenity appears and says "This time Serenity, find happiness with the one you love." In Sailor Moon R act 22, Queen Serenity appears in Sailor Pluto's memories. Pluto remember's Queen Serenity saying when she was younger, "Pluto, you are Guardian to the Gate of Time, the warrior of time and space. There are three taboos that must not be broken. First, time travel must not be allowed. Second, you must not leave your post, this door you must guard. And third..." Pluto's memories stop.
Queen Serenity appears again in Sailor Moon Stars when the outer senshi go to their castles. Pluto talks about how Queen Serenity gave them the castles at birth, and it shows a picture of Serenity creating the castles for Uranus, Npetune, and Pluto.
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (Live-Action) Queen Serenity does not appear in the main series of Pretty Guardian, however she does appear in the extra episode 'Special Act' about Usagi and Mamoru's wedding. After Usagi break's off her engagement, Luna looks up at the moon and calls out to Queen Serenity. Light beams in through the window and a tiny Queen Serenity appears. She talks to Luna about how they have watched of Usagi and she tells Luna that everything will be fine. Queen Serenity also tells Luna that she senses evil and is worried about it. During their conversation Usagi begins to wake up. Before Usagi is complete awake, Queen Serenity disappears. Queen Serenity appears again after a new (well really old) enemy appears and the senshi need help. Luna and Makoto talk to Queen Serenity and she tells them of the legendary sword of the senshi that is kept in the Moon Kingdom. Queen Serenity says that when the senshi gather and their hearts are as one the sword will appear and grant them the power to fight their enemies. | ||

Queen Serenity makes her main appearance in the anime in episode 44 (39 in the American version), when the Sailor Senshi learn about their past lives and the Silver Millennium. Queen Serenity was the proud ruler of the beautiful and peaceful kingdom of the moon Silver Millennium. But not everyone liked the moon kingdom, and the evil Queen Beryl raised an army against the people of the Silver Millennium. Prince Endymion came to warn the people of the moon of Beryl's treachery, but was too late and died protecting Princess Serenity. Queen Serenity was horrified when she left her palace to find the Princess, Prince, and the Sailor Senshi dead. In her grief, Queen Serenity sent all the inhabitants of the moon to the future to be reborn in another life, and sealed Beryl and her minions in the Silver Imperium Crystal, which split into seven pieces and fell to earth. In doing so, Queen Serenity used up the last of her energy, and died. Her only regret was that she would not be able to see her daughter. Later in the Sailor Moon R Doom Tree Saga (episode 51), Sailor Moon's tiara refuses to work and she is de-transformed by the enemy. Queen Serenity appears within Usagi's mind and talks with her. Queen Serenity grants Usagi the Moon Crystal Power Make-up transformation along with the Moon Rod. At the end of the episode Sailor Moon looks up to see a tiny shimmering Queen Serenity float past the moon. Queen Serenity was not seen again in the anime after that.
Queen Serenity played a similar role in the manga as she did in the anime, however, there are differences. Queen Serenity first appears in the manga in act 10 when the Sailor Senshi travel to the moon. After the Inner Senshi pull a stone sword out of the ground, a small hologram appears. The hologram is Queen Serenity. She explains that when the Moon Castle's main computer was destroyed, the sub computer stored her will in that holographic form. She reminds Sailor Moon of her past life as Princess Serenity, and about the destruction of the Silver Millennium. Queen Serenity also states that she was the one who woke Luna and Artemis from their cryogenic sleep which they were put into when the moon kingdom was destroyed. Queen Serenity also tells about how she imprisoned Queen Metallia, but that the seal was incomplete, and that's how she was able to get free again. Soon, the hologram starts to fade and Queen Serenity tells Sailor Moon to find happiness just before she completely fades out.
Then she disappears again, and a new broach is lying on the ground that allows Bunny to transform again.
Queen Serenity makes another appearance in Sailor Moon SuperS. The Sailor Scouts all get trapped in Sailor Moon's attack and witness memories from the past. Queen Serenity is standing, cuddling a newly born Princess Serenity when the four young inner senshi come into the room. Queen Serenity says she had been waiting for the senshi, and they reply that they will protect the Princess. Several people come in and give gifts to Queen Serenity to celebrate the Princess's birth. Then a woman appears in the shadows. The woman was Queen Neherenia The inner senshi sense she is evil and ask who she is. Queen Serenity says, "If you seek peace, I shall welcome you. But I can't let you bring evil and darkness." Neherenia says that Serenity is silly and there can be no light without darkness, no good without evil. Queen Serenity then uses her moon wand to seal Neherenia in her bedroom mirror.
At the end of SuperS Sailor Moon remembers another part of the past. A small Princes Serenity comes into Queen Serenity's room crying. Queen Serenity asks what's wrong, and Princess Serenity says that Venus and the others told her a scary story and she can't sleep, then she asks if it is true that a monster lives in the mirror. Queen Serenity replies that everyone has a star in their heart, and that she must keep the star shining brightly so it cannot be consumed by the darkness. "That is your most important mission Serenity," she says.
Queen Serenity appears for the very last time in Sailor Moon Stars Act 10. She doesn't actually make an appearance, but stuff is mentioned about her, and there are images of her. We can actually learn much from this short passage at the end of the manga. It goes like this: After Eternal Sailor Moon threw herself into the cauldron, she appeared inside the cauldron with the other senshi and Mamoru. The Cauldron Guardian appeared before them. (She is also know as Guardian Cosmos, no, not the same as Sailor Cosmos.) The guardian says, "Long ago a shining star came here. She was carrying a small star's shell." It shows a picture of Queen Serenity holding something that glows faintly. "That star had a shine similar to your Sailor Moon," she finishes up. It then shows a picture of Queen Serenity cuddling the newborn Princess Serenity. It can be assumed that after Serenity trapped all those killed on the moon in the crystal, and she herself died, her spirit, like all dead spirits, went to the cauldron. She carried with her the silver crystal. If you throw your life into the cauldron, you can be reborn into a new life. Considering all those on the moon were reborn, it can be assumed Queen Serenity threw the crystal into the cauldron so they could all live again. So the star shell she carried was that of the Princess and the others who were later reborn. However, Queen Serenity herself was not reborn. It leaves us to wonder, did she enter the cauldron? Was she meant to be born again later also? I think not, but we may never know.
